About the project
With memberships in decline, Consumer – New Zealand’s consumer champion – needed to reinvent their offer and create a new suite of relevant, engaging and commercially viable services.
A new vision
Co-creation and ideation workshops helped identify what consumers valued most. We created a vision video to articulate recommended new features and opportunities for Consumer and it's members.
A modular framework
The Consumer web site caters for a large variety of products and services. This meant that each module was carefully considered from a content point of view, as well as being responsive and flexible.
We created a complete new visual language to go along with the new experience, including a slightly different take on the traditional user rating system. Yes, we put a bird on it.
