Westpac wanted to help their customers make better financial decisions by giving them an educational tool without the usual product push getting in the way.
The content of the service was designed to be engaging, informative and relevant to each individual’s personal situation. It also catered for quick topic overviews or in depth learning depending on needs.
We tested a range of different prototypes, ranging from basic wireframes through to fully branded designs. The interaction model evolved through the different iterations, resulting in a simple, yet elegant solution.
